First off it was my first time here I had been working/travelling a while and was starving!!! I ordered the homemade lasagne which is such a simple dish,(really didn't think this could come out so wrong and so slow!!! i waited an hour and a half) It was burnt to a crisp - so I asked the waitress what would be a quick replacement and she sugested the home made burger, so i waited a further 15 mins for this, when I cut it in half it was RAW!! now I have done my food hygiene and I know that minced food harbours more bacteria and must be cooked thoroughly!! obviously the chef/chefs are rubbish as a temperature probe would have told them this!! I wouldn't go back and definatly wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone!! and if I was the owner I would get their staff retrained or sack them! I didnt even get any sort of good will justure (not even a glass of cola) and I was very polite about the whole polava. After I left I took a drive to Burger king in havant and it was lovely!! (and that is saying something seeing as they are just a fast food outlet)
