      Very helpful

Irish poems? Ah.. just get drunk!

The Enterprise is a pub in Camden, relatively close to Chalk Farm tube stop. From the outside the deisgn looks rather modern, almost bank or building societyish - inside though, a cosy more or less traditional looking pub with a literary theme throughout awaits, the place was quite busy when I visited (a Sunday tea time) though definitely not packed.

A Staffordshire Bull Terrier seemed to be charming the guests by merely being there (that's what alcohol does!), the range of beers was pretty good - about 12 on tap from what I counted and my particular favourite was the crystal clear crisp Sagres which cost about 3 quid (not 100% sure, I wasn't paying!)

The pub is cosy and has a strong stench of spilt beer which smells of years of drinking, this is pretty comforting to me and is how a pub should be but those who prefer more modern places which look like a dentists, may not like this quaint little pub.

I've heard about various poem nights taking place here but haven't seen them in action!
