Newest Review: ... disappointed. Now I had my own money and was legal to actually go inside and buy a meal and a pint! My first return was for my husbands birthday where we booked a seat in the evening in the cosy bar area, bustling with cheery locals. Even though we was early we was seated straight away, drinks arrived quickly while we browsed the menu, which is mostly pub classic grub. I decided to order the homemade steak pie, with chips and veggies, while my husband ordered a gammon steak with eggs, salad and chips. The Jug and glass pub, restaurant and B&B is located at Queens Walk, Nether Langwith, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire This idyllic pub and restaurant is surrounded by countryside, farm and wood land, and if this is not enough scenery to make you visit, a stream runs directly outside the pub. I used to live in Langwith, a small village. So my childhood summers were often spent playing in the pubs stream, eating cheese and onion crisps and drinking panda pops, the landlord even gave us kid's chocolate finger biscuits for helping collect glasses.
