Grotty and tired decor, poor service and a real disappointment.Went on a Sunday when there is a carvery but we wanted to order from the bar menu - it seems that they were not geared up for these 'additional orders' and we waited 40 minutes for food which came in 3 different servings each at least 5 minutes apart! By the time the last meal was served the first person had finished theirs.Manager gave a poor apology and stated that they always serve kids food 5-10 minutes before adults' as they will be hungry - never heard such rubbish in my life. The last meal to be served was fish and chips - raw and nearly white chips, wet fish with palid batter - obviously cooked in a hurry but they needen't have bothered because we didn't eat it.
