From Bradford came to Birmingham with mates for night out a total disapointment, toilets only for dealers and junkies and to top the night off I had my wallet nicked by some scum, more than likely by the junkies and dealers, total disapointment. 2008

The Old Horns in Great Barr, Birmingham is one of my favourite pubs at the moment. A strict ‘no children’ policy means this is very much an adult night out and this is reflected by the general clientele; drinkers in The Old Horns tend to be twenty-something party animals out for booze and a laugh in the evening and weekends, while during the day elderly men sit having a pint and a chat or a crew of builders from the nearby factory centre will be sinking a few in their lunch hour. A nice mix. It’s a very ‘active’ pub, with live music on a Saturday night and various quiz or comedy nights throughout the week.
