 The Plough (Harborne, Birmingham) ... up-market and innovative pub.Serving high quality fresh produce in our menu, as well as quenching your thirst with traditional ales, premium lagers and the finest wines from vinyards around the world.Newest Review: ... San Miguel etc... Snacks: The snacks are made up of fancy crisps (usually Burts Chips), olives, mixed antipasti, chilli olives, retro sweets like flying saucers, wasabi peas and lots more... Food: The food is quite simple, stone baked pizzas, home made burgers, all day breakfast (veg and meat) salads, chip butty and more... I personally enjoy the home made burger which really does taste ... more ... fresh and well flavoured. On Sunday a roast dinner is added to the menu. I've eaten at the Plough a few times with Vegetarian friends and they've always enjoyed the food and the choice.
On Mondays it's 2-4-1 on pizzas and on Tuesdays it 2-4-1 on burg...more |

Recently refurbished the Plough is a trendy bar/gastro pub, but the atmosphere is friendly and caters for all ages (18+). I personally didn't see the point of the recent refurb, mainly due to the new decor looking a little tacky in my opinion. One thing that hasn't changed is the great beer, tasty snacks and delicious meals! Drinks: The drinks of offer include some rarer/finer spirits and wines and a couple of guest beers from time to time... The main lagers are a mixture of Belgium and Spanish beers such as Peroni, San Miguel etc... Snacks: The snacks are made up of fancy crisps (usually Burts Chips), olives, mixed antipasti, ...
