Plug is one of many night clubs in Sheffield.

It mainly appeals to the student market but also has local night running throughout the week.

I have only been to the student nights and I dont know how much they differ from the local night but here are my opinions etc!

Plug as a venue has three rooms Live, Neutral and Earth. Each room can be used separately, or in combination. I has a deceptive and huge capacity 1,200,!
On their website it also talks about ho the venue can be used for smaller events, whether for entertainment provision, live music, corporate events or private functions.

Plug is a really goos night out! I am there most Thursday after varsity and love both the atmosphere and music a lot! The room I hover in the most is the inde room. Which plays a mix of new and old school indie. Expect regulars like bloc paty and kasabian etc!
What I like to is the songs are all quite well known so everybodys dancing a singing it makes for a brilliant time!

Its tricky to get served in there when its busy (as in most student places though to be honest). But when you do get served the drink selection is ok. Although as far as only student nights out o the drinks are more expensive than other places!
