The Turnpike / The Main Event

The Turnpike and the Mainevent are essentially two different pubs, offering different things, which just happen to be joined together. I will review them seperatly here, but keep in mind that you can travel between the two without going outside into the rain (a worthy feature in Hull). The Turnpike is quite spacious, with a big oval bar in the centre of the room. It has a variety of seating with normal tables, enclosed cubicals and a raised area (only slightly though) with further seating.
