Advantages: You have a comfortable menu

Disadvantages: Couples seated near large family groups

Like everything else in this world you get what you pay for and having visited many Vintage Inns you generally get reasonable service and edible food (The service exception is the Beachy Head in Eastbourne with an up to 20 minute wait at the bar to order which could be solved by a dedicated food till and staff member to operate it) that does err to the dry side of my taste. The real ales are generally well kept. Service can be slow but it is not always the waiting staffs fault so bear this in mind. Another general problem in a vintage inn are families who think they are in a brewers fayre and treat the entire pub as a childrens play area and make no effort to control them. Please Vintage Inns take Wetherspoons lead and have dedicated family areas and allow smaller groups of people enjoy a quieter meal and drink.

Summary: Will keep visiting
