When I left my home town in Coventry a year and a half ago as far as I was aware Yates had gone into receivership or whatever its called. It had closed down although it was a really busy venue in the town centre and always appeared busy, particularly in the daytimes serving food and Fri/Sat nights with young people getting sozzled on their drink offers! I had no time to miss the place though as I moved here to Weston Super Mare anyway but was surprised to see a Yates in my new town centre, thriving!
