      Quinny Buzz footmuff

With our new Quinny pushchair we also got a foot muff. My little boy was born last October so we knew that he would still be quite young over the winter and wanted something to go on his pushchair that was warm and snuggly and the foot muff was the best option for that. Its much better to use this than a blanket around him which is then hard to tuck it in and make sure that it stays and that he doesn't kick it off. We had had one for my little girl when she was younger on her Bugaboo pushchair and it worked really well so I knew i wanted one to go along with our Quinny pushchair too.

We bought ours in red (the colour is actually called strawberry) to go with our pushchair but they do come in a variety of colours to match what you already have such as black and blue I believe. What I don't really like is that this foot muff is an optional extra and does not come as standard with the pushchair, I know they don't come as standard with other pushchairs but it really is quite an essential piece of kit for a pushchair but I guess its a way for the manufacturers to make more money. Its not a cheap optional extra, we bought ours for approximately £50 but it will last you quite a few seasons and something I definitely recommend.

This foot muff has quite a cocoon look to it as you are able to zip it just about all the way around your baby. I would describe it pretty much like a bag which actually goes all the way over the top of the pushchair portion and so there is some fleece and padding where her head lies. Then, it zips all the way around so it's very easy to put your baby in and out of this pushchair as the bag opens all the way and then zips up once you have him in there. What I also like about this foot muff is that it has drawstrings at the top portion around the face so you can then pull it tight if you wish and keep your baby totally protected from the elements.

It has a gorgeous fleece lining to it which is lovely and soft and warm and cozy. Sometimes I actually find it a bit too warm but the nice thing is that you can unzip it a bit if your baby gets a bit too warm to allow air to circulate around it whilst still keeping them warm at the same time.

The foot muff is machine washable which I've done one and it cleaned and dried really well. It was nice to be able to unzip it all the way as then once it came out of the machine I could just hang it on the radiator to dry. This foot muff is designated for the Quinny Buzz pushchair but I believe that it does fit other Quinny models as well which is nice. Its now June and we are still using the foot muff on our pushchair, partly because we haven't been bothered to take it off yet and partly because it is still so cold so we have definitely got our moneys worth out of it. Its a Quinny product I definitely recommend.
