Hello, I'm MissD. I see my mummy on here all the time so I decided to sneak on and see what all the fuss is about! And this looks like a very fun place to hang out and everyone seems very friendly - but a bit old. Anyway I thought I would come on here and review my lovely farmyard jigsaws for you all.
Now, as you may or may not know, I am very clever. I can do all sorts of amazing things like walking, running, jumping, eating with a spoon and shouting. So when I want to play with my jigsaws, all I have to do is say "horsey jigsaw?" to my mummy and off she goes to get it off the shelf for me. I have her wrapped round my little finger - tee hee! (By the way, my mummy is very clever too. You really must check out her reviews some time.)
The box is a nice bright orange colour which I really like, and it has a plastic yellow handle at the top if I wanted to carry it around. Inside there are six animal jigsaws, and each jigsaw comes in two pieces, making them very tricky indeed. The animals are a chicken, piggy, cow, horse (my favourite!), sheep and goat. The animals are lovely bright colours and they are really fun for me to look at! The jigsaws are made of very thick card, and are pretty sturdy so sadly I haven't yet been able to rip them at all, although I shall keep trying.
I really have a lot of fun playing with these. We spread them out all over the floor and I like to try and put them together. I also like saying the names of the animals so it is good to help me learn these important things.
Now, I know I said before that mummy was clever, but she isn't very good at these jigsaws. She tries to do silly things like put the horse's head on the horse's body. Why would anyone do this when the horse's head looks so much better on the piggy's body??! Silly mummy. I guess she will soon get the hang of it with my help.
I do not know if this is true or not, but apparently you can get jigsaws with even more pieces! I can't wait to try out a few more with maybe four or even five pieces!
Mummy said she bought this for about £4 and you can buy it on amazon, whatever that is. I guess £4 is a lot of money as my mummy is very generous and spends all her money on me (she says all those shoes and eyeshadows are free). I think the jigsaws are suitable for boys and girls and they are for 18 months and over (I don't know how anyone as young as 18 months could do these - I'm 22 months old you know!). You can also get these jigsaws in a transport theme (I guess that is boy's stuff like cars and trucks) and pets which I think I would like.
Thanks for reading my review, and if you need a nice present for a clever little person like me, then I think this is a really nice idea!
Lots of love
MissD :-) x
