My 3 year old granddaughter loves Peppa pig this is one of the Peppa pig puzzles that she has. Cassie has had this puzzle for nearly a year now and it is still in good condition.
This puzzle is a floor puzzle of 50 pieces. My daughter has a drawing board which the children put on the floor to do their puzzles on, it's easier than straight on the carpet.

This Peppa pig at the supermarket is one out of a series of 4 by Jumbo. This puzzle made of thick card the cojoining pieces those male and female knobbly and hole cut outs.
This puzzle is brightly coloured the pieces easy for my nearly 4 year old to do but was not so easy at 3 she needed some help. Fitting the pieces together helped my grand daughters eye hand coordination and her fine motor control. This puzzle is good for her concentration. Good to have a quiet activity.

This puzzle is good as it has plenty of talking points good for language development. Peppa pig is in a situation most children will find familiar, talk about the fruit, the colours, how many bags , how baby pig is sitting nicely in the trolley and Peppa pig is standing and helping . Talk about enotions does Peppa pig look happy ? Why?
Language is so important a skill. A lot of my children at work have language problems due to their disabilities, language is the key that opens so many doors. Talk to your children used the correct words. Puzzles like this are a good tool.
