Imagine it. Its raining outside, you're cold and there's nothing for you to do. What better way of ridding a few hours then by completing a jigsaw puzzle. Just think about the great acomplishment you have achieved once it's finished. Ok, so maybe it's not everybodies cup of tea but for me personally I am a big fan of the wasgij collection. Altogether I have 3 of them and it truely breaks me when after spending days fixing them together, I have to inevitably put it back into the box. I have Happy Holidays, Antiques Hunt and a christmas one as well. Each I have been equally frustrated and enjoyed putting them together. One of the great things about ... Read the complete review

This is another brilliant jigsaw from the wasgij (jigsaw backwards, get it lol) range. As always with the wasgij range what you see on the box is not the picture you will end up with. The picture on the box is a clue to whatyour final jigsaw will be. This jigsaws story is..... ' Stop, hold fire! What a careless place to drop his lighted match. The vase is in danger, but surely the cannon ball won't damage anything else....or will it?' Thats the story you then have to ' Look into the scene and imagine you are the horrified lady.' Jumbo Wasjig Antiques Hunt- Jigsaw puzzle. When I was younger I used to really enjoy doing jigsaws, I could sit there for hours and do so much. But, when this version came out, it completely turned me off them. I like to have the actual picture in front of me to help me put together the pieces. This is supposed to be the number one range for adults in the UK but I could not actually complete this. I had this puzzle bought for me when I was a teenager and I could not do it and somebody bought me this edition and I could not do that either. It is probably because I am so reliant upon using the clue! Wasjig stands for jigsaw but backwards and the ... Read the complete review

What makes wasgij unique is that the picture on the box is not what you are attempting to make when you pu the puzzle together. The picture on the box normally shows various people staring at something, and what is shown on the actual puzzle, is what they are looking at. Its a bit tricky to get your head around, but you get the hand of it. This is definitely a difficult jigsaw to do, so I would say its only for those people who are a) keen jigsaw-ers, b) are good at jigsaws and c) have a lot of patience. They are hard to do - i'm not going to lie. I normally rely a lot on the picture on the box, and obviously this was not possible. They do provide you some ... Read the complete review
