stuleg Kingston ValueRAM 1 GB DDR II 667 MHz: ... and booted up. Initially there seemed little difference in speed; the vista sidebar system monitoring gizmo did indeed show that I now had 2056MB installed instead of the 1028MB before, crucially though the RAM part of the monitor was now flitting around the 60% usage level rather than maxing out as it had done all too frequently before. So, all was well, my computer was running with a new found spring in its st...

blissman70 Kingston ValueRAM 1 GB DDR II 800 MHz
... tower , take out a module and jot down the specs from that). Anyway, once I was confident that the figures I had were right then I was soon on the trail of the brilliant Kingston Value memory modules from that well known online super store.... The Specification... * 1GB Ram * Desk top compatible * PC2-5300, 667 Mhz * 240 pin * DRAM/ DDR2 SDRAM * 1.25 inch high * Non EEC * Unbuffered * 1.8v IN CONCLUSION... Kingston have done it again, for me anyway. They have brought me the memory modules I need for that low price, allowing me to boost up my desk top RAM without deflating my wallet, keeping the kids happy as well as my bank manager, (although I don t really care ...

hallryu G.Skill 2 x 2 GB DDR2 1066 MHz
... run these in my gaming rig and I have to say I m very happy with them. I have had my set for about a year now and for most of that time they have been running with a mild over-clock. I believe these modules are comparable to most of the other premium PC8500 ram set, such as Corsair s Dominator s. The blue heat spreaders are not a jazzy as some other but look nice. Most motherboards supply a standard 1.8v to your memory modules. These need to run at 2.0v / 2.1v with the standard timings of 5-5-5-15 (1066 Mhz). You will therefore need to manually set the voltage and timings to 2.1v in the bios. Not a difficult task to be honest. They over-clock nicely and I have run mine...

Tom123 OCZ Gold Gamer eXtreme XTC Dual Channel 2 x 1 GB DDR II 800 MHz
... great cheap RAM for those looking to overclock! Although this suffers from being slightly on the low side in terms of the amount of physical memory by comparison to the 2 x 2GB packages you can buy a similar price, this Memory is of much higher quality. The OCZ Gold XTC is a great choice if you re looking to heavily overclock too. With timings of 2-2-2-5 its by far the best I ve used. I have it installed in my backup machine, and it will happily run any top end game without slowdown. The only thing to consider when buying this is if your Motherboard supports a DIMM voltage of 3.0 volts or more. If not, you might want to think about either different ram, or a new mob...
