This is a time for 3rd generation technology with DDR3 RAM, but these types of RAMs are bit costly at the present time so have some good speed RAM with DDR2 technology and keep your system running fast.

Kingston has some good range of DDR2 RAMs and they are most popular in computer market. I have discussed earlier some of DDR3 RAMs from Kingston with high speed performance. But the most important point is that we need similar kind of processor also for keeping speed fast otherwise no mean of having super fast speed RAM and slow speed processor.

If we have processor with front side data bus speed of about 800 MHz (this is generally available in most of the budget dual core processors) and RAM is with DDR3 technology and more than 1500 MHz of speed, than the all speed of RAM's are waste. Processor only supports till 800 MHz of speed with RAM and there are no mean of having more than 800 MHz speed RAM. So be aware of all there facts and have some good combination of processor and RAM.
