RAM... RAM and more RAM... that is what a computer needs to keep it up to speed, together with a good quality processor of course, but the RAM is a lot cheaper than the processor, and a lot easier to upgrade. Recently I have whacked my laptop up to full spec regarding the RAM it requires, maybe I should be concentrating on expanding the Hard drive next. Anyway, I was hassled into doing the same for the family desk top, as it was beginning to drag its feet a little.
