When I became allergic to egg I found that buying things that did not contain egg somewhat frustrating. Eggs are used in so many things! I had to resort to making a lot of things myself and found Allergycare products very helpful. This egg-free omelette mix is very versatile. It doesn't just make omelettes. I use it in many different things. For beaten egg I use a tablespoon of omelette mix to three tablespoons of water, mix well and then add it to cake mixes, biscuit recipes, pancakes, custards....anything you make with eggs, you can substitute egg-free omelette mix!
