The Chicken Itself:
Well what you get is four rather thick and misshaped looking chicken breasts with like a pinky coloured coating on them which is even and to cook them you simply do so from Frauen in about 20 minutes (or you can bbq them in about 10 minute if you prefer) and the coating just gives a nice reddish glaze to the chicken which is slightly sticky and smells a little garlicky and goes a little golden as it cooks too.

When it comes to chicken its something I have rather often and so when I spotted these in Asda the other night and being called Hot & Spicy I decided to give them a try cos at 4 fillets costing only £2.00 I thought that offered great value for money as well as sounding my kind of food! The Packaging: Two sides of the box are yellow in colour and on both of those sides we are told that they are Asda 'Chosen By You', BBQ Favourites 4 Hot & Spicy Chicken Breast Fillets 'Skinless chicken breast fillets in a hot and spicy marinade.
