This is a lovely dinner, that though not the best looking when cooked, is delicious an the perfect thing to have tucked away in the freezer for those can't cook won't cook days!

I am always on the lookout for something that could be deemed as "scrummy and healthy", this being the case I always find myself drawn to the freezer section in Asda with the ready meals. Ok, so I know that making it from scratch is always going to be the better option, knowing what is going in and so forth, but the simple facts remain that I work, I have two young children and a husband that is not much older (mind wise!) and the fact that I can't really cook for toffee means I have to try and work with I've got....which would be the freezer section in Asda!
