This variety of pizza is very spicy as it's name implies, and can burn the mouth if its straight out of the oven so be careful.
You can get the sense of the chilli's while the pizza is cooking, as the smell hits your nose reseptors and the other aroma's like the tomato sauce and cheese and peppers fight for supremecy too.
Tasting this for the first time blows your socks off. It is hot hot hot!

Chicago Town have a takeaway individual pizza called the inferno weight 310g. Its main ingredients are Chilli Beef, Green peppers, onion, red chill rings, Mozzerella and chedder cheese. And obviously their famous tomato base. This pizza is an unbaked delivery style pizza with a generous topping. You just pop it into unheated oven on 109degrees c or 375 degrees f. or gas mark 5. cook between 18-23 minutes and you have a wonderfully smelling tasty pizza.
