“ Brand: Chicago Town / Type: Pizza „
Chicago Town have a takeaway individual pizza called the inferno weight 310g.
Its main ingredients are Chilli Beef, Green peppers, onion, red chill rings, Mozzerella and chedder cheese.
And obviously their famous tomato base.
This pizza is an unbaked delivery style pizza with a generous topping.
You just pop it into unheated oven on 109degrees c or 375 degrees f.
or gas mark 5. cook between 18-23 minutes and you have a wonderfully smelling tasty pizza. It says its done when the cheese has melted and is bubbling.
I am waiting to have one for my lunch and the smell from the oven as it is cooking is very tempting.
This variety of pizza is very spicy as it's name implies, and can burn the mouth if its straight out of the oven so be careful.
You can get the sense of the chilli's while the pizza is cooking, as the smell hits your nose reseptors and the other aroma's like the tomato sauce and cheese and peppers fight for supremecy too.
Tasting this for the first time blows your socks off. It is hot hot hot!
Very spicy and flavoursome and the base is lovely light and crispy with the deep pan effect.
You can taste every ingredient and the flavours mingle well. I cannot wait for mine too cook.
The Packaging is a bland grey box which is square flat obviously the pizza is round so this could have been a bit more original.
There is a chicago logo on the box in blue and the Inferno written in red.
The black lettering is for the Takeaway. There is a picture of a slice of pizza on the front which is very life like and the main pizza on the rear of the box. To be honest the box did not sell the pizza well in my opinion but then I knew what I was after so I was happy enough to know this pizza was going to be good.
Priced at £1 each in our local freezer shop at present and well worth it as these were the individual sized ones.
There are larger ones on offer for around £2 to £3 each.
