You may never have heard of Dragonfly Soysages as they aren't exactly spotted everywhere you shop for groceries, but if you like vegetarian sausages then these are certainly worth trying. They are made by Dragonfly, a firm that started out in 1984 when husband and wife team Simon and Dawn bought a company, who were at that time supplying tofu to local shops around the Totnes area in Devon. They make many soya lines but Soysage is perhaps their most well known product.
