      Very helpful

My little sisters love these Potato Stars and they always look nice when they're eating them. I tried some today because I didn't want chips or pasta with my chicken and I just fancied something tasty, I was looking in the freezer for Smiley Faces but we hadn't got any so I put myself some Stars in.

They take about 20 mins to cook and you have to turn them a couple of times while they're cooking to get them browned evenly or you'll have patches on each Star that is a different colour to the rest.

The first one I ate was ok but the more of them I ate the more I realised I didn't like them that much. The potato inside the stars isn't light like in Smiley Faces and the outside of them that is supposed to be crispy isn't that much different in texture to the inside.

The taste of the stars is mega bland, there's hardly any taste to the potato inside at all and the only real flavour comes from the outside and even then the taste is nearly all of grease!!!

They just taste cheap and it's not surprising because they only cost £1.00 for a 450g bag! There's nothing nice to them at all and I can't see why my sisters love them so much, I'd rather have some Smiley Faces because even though I don't eat them very often at least they've got a nice flavour all the way through.

Even putting salt and vinegar on these doesn't make them taste much better because they're so bland that if you do that all you'll be able to taste is the vinegar! lol

I've just had a look at the back of the bag and I'm not surprised now that they taste so greasy because in 100g of stars there is over 7g of fat. Even though the stars are small they weigh heavy so for 100g you only get about 4 stars and even my 2 year old sister can eat more than that!

Not recommended...... I'm going to tell my mum about the fat content and she probably won't even buy them for my sisters again!
