The Innocent Indian Veg Masala was very nice. I opted to microwave this product and the heating instructions were good and left a nice evenly warmed product, unlike so many microwave meals where the instructions give a "microwave-burn" top, or a not-quite-cooked middle. The Masala itself had a lot of flavour with a tangy, but not overpowering, lemon undertone. The Indian spices gave a convincing Masala flavour, and the sauce was thick enough to nicely compliment the veg.
