      Lovely, would happily recommend

The Innocent Indian Veg Masala was very nice. I opted to microwave this product and the heating instructions were good and left a nice evenly warmed product, unlike so many microwave meals where the instructions give a "microwave-burn" top, or a not-quite-cooked middle. The Masala itself had a lot of flavour with a tangy, but not overpowering, lemon undertone. The Indian spices gave a convincing Masala flavour, and the sauce was thick enough to nicely compliment the veg. For my taste, I'd prefer a little more spice, but as it is it is probably centred enough to suit most people. The combination of veg, particularly the beans and rice gave a nice contrasted with the carrots amalgam of textures. The pulses they were cooked to a good (al dente) consistency - not mushy thatnk goodness! I'm not a vegetarian, and many vegetarian meals feel to me like they miss meat, this veg pot didn't. Most importantly, this veg pot was low calories, high in goodness and yet very filling - and I have a large appetite.
