I am already a fan of marks & spencer food, but my faith in them is growing by the day. Deemed by many as 'expensive', it really isn't any worse than anywhere else and for the quality of the food, i think it's always outstanding value for money. Anyways, post christmas, you've eaten too much, start feel the few extra pounds you've gained and dread the summer. So you decide to diet. I do enjoy cooking, but as i'm working so much and often get in late, it's hard to find something thats healthy, quick and doesn't take much preperation.
