It is to be cooked in the oven for about 20-25 minutes but it can be cooked from frozen as well for 40-45 minutes on gas 6.
You can freeze the Quiche (for up to a month) or just eat it cold by removing it from the fridge 30 minutes before you want it...
All the packaging including the foil tray is recyclable too!

I love Quiche Lorraine! It's cheesy and yummy and the pasty is awesome! We usually have Morrisons own brand and my mum buys two for £3 as they are really nice but they had sold out a couple of weeks ago so she paid more for a posh one for £2.19 for 400g... The Quiche comes in a plain dark green box with a slice of the open pie on the side and this is a new product.
