I brought a box of this Oak Lane Instant Mashed Potato because even though I don't like fake mash much, my little sister does and it's quicker to do her some of this up than peel and cook potatoes. Lazy I know but some instant mash can taste kind of ok if you put a bit of butter in it when it's done. I thought I'd try this one because it was only about 60p for a decent sized box, you make it up the same way as any other instant mash with boiling water.
