... I was a bit excited about Saturday tea time, I was certainly looking forward to having the taco's.
The preparation for this dish is minimal. Grate some cheese as much as you want, chop a couple of tomatoes into decent chunks, and shred a little lettuce. If you haven't got a microwave turn the oven on quite low just to heat up the Taco's a little.

Our usual Saturday walk round ASDA the other week took an unexpected turn for the better. A casual stroll down the deli ailse took us past the Old El Paso stand. I glanced over a few of the products on offer and pretty much fancied them all. I shouted the trouble and strife over and we eventually decided on The Taco Diner kit.
