 ... meals in the range. It is vegetarian, meets the soil association organic standards and is also free of lactose, gluten and wheat. The meal doesnt look too promising when you first open it, it is a dull red colour and looks rather lumpy with large chunks of vegetables visible. It does however smell delicious with a fresh tomato smell wafting out at you. I followed the instructions and heated it in the microwave for a couple of minutes before spooning it into a bowl. I've been trying to eat healthier lately with varying degrees of success. I used to cook all the time and be really experimental in the kitchen but tend to stick to the same few dishes over and over again these days. I try to avoid ready meals wherever possible because they are usually packed full of nasties like salt and additives but have found a new range of meals by Simply Organic which are much better than the rest.
