Being a single girl with family quite a distance from me I have been left fending for myself and so before I had a nasty test done in hospital that has left me virtually bed ridden I popped into my local Tesco store and got myself some ready meals that I could simply bung in the microwave and this was one of those as I love cauliflower cheese when my mum makes it so thought this may be the next best thig to that! You can nuke it in a couple of minutes but I've tried that and it makes the sauce go rubbery so I deffo recommend doing it in the oven if you've got time. The cauliflower is cut up into just the right pieces so that they go ... Read the complete review
