I have lost 5 stone over the past 8 months (I still have about another 4 to go!) and one of the ranges of prepared foods I have found useful during this time is the Weight Watchers range. Personally, I don't follow the Weight Watchers diet plan, but enjoy Weight Watchers ready meals anyway. The lasagne is usually in the region of £1.50 if you buy them individually, but you can often get them on offer for something like 5 for £5, so they work out at around £1 each, which I think is decent value. I need something quick and easy to take to work when I work lates as I find a sandwich just doesn't cut it as a dinner for me. We only have a microwave or kettle so options are a bit limited, so when I found this Weight watchers lasagne in Iceland for just £1.00, I thought I would give it a try. The Weight Watchers Beef Lasagne is a product from the frozen ready meal section of your supermarket. I was tempted to try it this week as it was on offer this week (£1.00 compared to the usual £1.45) in my local Tesco, and I am desperate to shed a few pounds so that I do not look too much like a christmas pudding when I tuck in to my christmas pudding. Packaging The meal comes boxed as is easily recognisable as a Weight Watchers meal with the signature purple band on the left of the box, on the right a picture of the lasagne.
