So I've been following a diet for a few weeks and mostly I've been preparing meals from scratch and freezing the leftovers for later. But there have been times when I haven't wanted to cook or have forgotten to rescue something from the freezer and it is on these occasions that I have reached for a ready meal. I selected the spinach, ricotta and tomato cannelloni as I have enjoyed another brand's version of this meal previously. Luckily for me, as I have no microwave, this meal is best oven baked.
