Your Move ... sold our house through Your Move in Aug 09. They were slightly cheaper than the others, but don t be persuaded by that! The services we received were minimal . Communication levels were virtually non existent. Potential buyers complained to us during their viewings that it had taken them so long to actually get a viewing organised! Some had been trying for weeks (and we wondered why it had been so quiet!). We had no contact from Your Move both leading up to and following completion of our sale, whatsoever, which resulted in a delay (stress!). Frankly they are rubbish (its hard to find the right words). Removal Services in general ... need to express my great appreciation of the service that Simpsons Removals & Storage Ltd gave us during our move. The packing team were excellent. They worked fast and efficiently and had the job done in an amazingly short time. We cannot identify one single item that has been broken or lost. It was a pleasure to have such pleasant and considerate young men at work in the house. On the second day, the removal team were absolutely ace performers. They arrived promptly, worked skilfully and hard and completed both collection and delivery with immense professionalism. Barratt Homes ... THE BEGINNING Following the death of my dad at last Christmas, my mum decided it was time to come back to the UK after about 18 years in Cyprus. Her decision was also influenced by the much higher cost of living over there (following the conversion to the euro) and the increasingly hot summers.
