... review will probably not endear me with the people who thoroughly hate Foxtons, but I figure I ll share my experience with them anyway. Note that I only used their services as a buyer, not as someone looking to rent, so this is an entirely different department. From what I gather, Foxtons properties tend to come on slightly overvalued than what they actually are worth, but you can usually negotiate the price down quite a bit too if you are daring and press the agent for it. ... have been using removal companies for the past 15 years, EURO USA is the worst ever! I pre-paid all fees required, they collected my belongings in April 2009, 5 months later I am still waiting for them. From collection to delivery, it has just been a headache from 1st week up to now. the customer service is extremely poor. I sent 2 letters in recorded delivery to their Managing Director who never took 2 mins of his time to respond to me. I had to ask my Lawyer to intervene and I have now no alternative but to go to the court in the hope that I will be able to receive one day my belongings and discover finally why they never delivered them!
