Very poor, they are difficult to get hold of and not communicative. I have tried to get my sons deposit back, but we are having big problems. They will not refund deposit untill the utility bills are proven to be zero. My son has lost contact with most of the other lads. I know there is money owed on the utilities and I have said I will pay them and get the money back from the deposit money; as my son is the named person for the deposit, providing there is some monies to be paid out after any stoppages- They wont tell me if there is anything to be paid back untill the utilities are zero, so I wont pay, they wont tell me if there is any money left. Astons response-- TOUGH. Dont touch them with a barge pole.

had quite a lot of problems with our house from Aston, and alot of disruption from building work that went on for far too long. houses provde you with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. rent price is average. staff were friendly, landlord occassionally hard to get hold of however. £300 deposit required per person. service is pretty average, nothing spectacular. and because of the disruption we experienced, wouldn't deal with again. bedrooms fairly decent size. kitchens and bathrooms once modernised were to a good standard but took a while to get there. Location of property was good in Headingley. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ... Read the complete review

This is my landlord. They are an agency that look after landlords houses and keep them maintained and do all the paperwork. However they actually own the house that Im in so its a bit better. We first met them in January this year, I arranged to go and look round some flats with them, so one wintery evening we went to our flat and loved it. We had to pay a £50 deposit that evening, signed a one year contract to start in July. I then went and payed the rest of our deposit (£525) and the ridiculous signing fee (£100). On June 30th I was begging them to give me the keys a day early as our contract on our last house ran out that day. They very kindly ... Read the complete review
