Advantages: Freemens Meadows in Leicester looks good on plan

Disadvantages: Sales Adviser at The Elms, Leicester, real attitude problem, very rude.

I went to 'The Elms' development in Leicester to enquire about Barratts new development. I met the sales adviser Phillip Graham, he blurted out 'What do you want', I said I didnt like his mannerism. He told me to leave the premises, couldnt believe it. He told me hes annoyed with me for picking up Barratt brochure from his office, which is open space. Anyway I told him that I would report him to his main office, he told me he wasnt bothered, that his bad attitude doen not stop Barratt selling houses. I wrote to Barratt about the behaviour of their Sales adviser, I have not received a letter to acknowledge my letter of complaint or apologise.

Summary: Bad attitude towards customers, needs to be seriously addressed.
