Advantages: Nice view of the river

Disadvantages: Vandalism, fly tipping, poor security, reposessions, no go area

Barratts Thameswalk

New riverside development, Barratts in their wisdom sold to a load of people who had fraudulant mortgages...and then who promptly installed a load of gang member rogue tenants who have turned the place into a ghetto...guns, crime, fraud, intimidation....reposessions rife, empty flats already.....£30,000 negative equity and the development has only just been completed! This is all supported by a lack of security and poor design...which allows the gangs to survive. Welcome to the luxury of riverside living!

Summary: Don't buy on new estates..buy in established areas only!

Sorry for the low rating but ou cannot state that this is the situation for all barratt homes, a bad experience certainly determines if that service is used afain but it needs to have a fair opinion written along with grievances.
