Disadvantages: WE CANNOT HAVE ANY VISITORS

Balkerne Heights is deemed a luxurious development of 3,4, 5 bed houses ranging from approx £350,000 in a wonderful town centre location with one major problem. THERE IS NO PARKING. We are allowed 1 parking space which is inside our Garage. We cannot have visitors as they have nowhere to park. Barratts have issued us with Parking Permits and employed CENTRAL TICKETING to control parking. THEY GIVE US TICKETS WHEN WE DISPLAY THE PARKING PERMITS. HELP US SOMEBODY
