Barratts West Midlands office Construction Department ( the Construction Director will not even talk to customers!) have little in the way of Customer Service skills. They ignore the customer's viewpoint even when there is a Health and safety issue at stake. They appear to think that Barratts are too big for anyone to challenge - including NHBC - something needs to be done to address the Housebuilding industry - they try to get away with so much and unfortunately due to lack of legislation and a shortage of housing seem to be getting away with it. DO NOT BUY FROM BARRATT HOMES (particularly one in the West Midlands). Watch this space for an update..

hi read your review not much detail other readers might be interested to know I have the misfortune to live adjacent to their new development in wolverhampton and have found it almost impossiable to complain about their site.
I have been unable to exit my own drive way on several occasions due to their security fence blowing down how they have avoided a serious accident is down to the gods if any one is able to pass on a e mail address for them i would appreciate it. If you are considering buying on this development please do you local home work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
