When we had our first child we realised our little one bedroomed flat was no where near big enough for all our baby needs and so decided to move house.When we took the plunge we asked a number of estate agents round to give us quotes and so we could judge what they were like,one of the largest and most proffessional agents seemed to be Bushells in Chiswick..people didn't seem to say anything about them when we mentioned them so we thought they must be fine...how wrong we were..they were the most unproffesional set of misfits who ever walked the planet, they were rude if you said it was not convenient to come over at 10pm..and if we ever questioned anything, ...
