When we had our first child we realised our little one bedroomed flat was no where near big enough for all our baby needs and so decided to move house.When we took the plunge we asked a number of estate agents round to give us quotes and so we could judge what they were like,one of the largest and most proffessional agents seemed to be Bushells in Chiswick..people didn't seem to say anything about them when we mentioned them so we thought they must be fine...how wrong we were..they were the most unproffesional set of misfits who ever walked the planet, they were rude if you said it was not convenient to come over at 10pm..and if we ever questioned anything, especially my wife we were patronised beyond belief.When they brought people on the weekend they sent them with the Saterday girl who knew nothing at all about the house,regularly we would come home from work to find all the lights were left on and so anyone could see straight in, and often they would not double lock the door,again not very safe. After 6 months of trying and still no sale we started getting annoyed and expected more for our money they gave in and took another agency on board as well...within 2 days we had an accepted offer we were so shocked and of course angry that Bushells couldn't give us that same service, when we told Bushells this they brushed us off telling us you got a sale didn't you? After we spoke to people about our ordeal and they told us that it is Bushells in general I spoke to around 12 couples who had left Bushells due to bad service so if you are living in London....Beware of Bushells!
