Charles Church Sales Executives are useless. They don't even give you a ring to let you know if your offer has gone through. They don't bother to calculate a quote, so stupid they cannot even make sums or digit a phone number. The house we put an offer in for has been sold yesterday and nobody told us what was going on. It's unacceptable. They do treat people like bags of rubbish and they don't care about the money either as they could have got more money out of us but they simply couldn't be bothered. I am not going to invest my cash to make such horrible people richer. They deserve to be treated the same way they treat their customers: left behind and ignored.

We have just bought a Charles Church Home and I must say those ladies who sit at their show house are little short of being racist. In short I feel that we were considered Undesirables, 3 times the house fell through with other buyers and they failed to tell me that the house was available. Paying 600k, I wonder if their head office knows what the sales people get upto.

Faults and complaints with this Charles Church House ( PERSIMMON HOMES ) near Fleet Elvetham Heath -Vibrates with every train as they did not build it with a wave impedence barrier. I mean major vibrations that make candlesticks move, plants shake and bed that feels as though you are having a party.Who needs viagra when the vibrating house can improve your sex life. Very distressing and no sleep due to trains ( not sex life) . TV picture flickers every time a train passes by. Gutter fell off .
