Advantages: They do seem to get good viewers

Disadvantages: No computer system- organisation at an all time low

We went on wth Connells after being lied to by our previous estate agents Newmans. Connells in this case were a slightly smaller outfit but still very much with the bleach blonde/wide boy personna. Now admitttedly they DID get us viewings, and they were of a reasonable calibre as well but there were a few things that REALLY let them down. Firstly they do not have a computer system and seemingly because of this they have absolutely no organisational system whatsoever. When you ring up asking how did a viewing go they generally have no idea who did the viewing, what time it was or who the viewers were as what was written in the diary can never be found or deciaphered! Their percentage fee is also quite high and is not variable but fixed so if you were to start off on a dual agency contract with them ( which is alwways more) and to go down to a solo contract this would not change which seems slightly harsh! I would say you could give them ago if you were desperate but an independent agent as opposed to a chain such as this group are often better!

Summary: not the worst but without doubt not the best!
