I have a supremely bad sense of timing when it comes to houses. When I last bought it was in a sellers' market and recently found myself trying to sell in a very difficult buyers' market. Be very careful when buying or selling a property that you do not use Dixons estate agents. There are many disadvantages to using this company - especially when the market is busy and competitive and there are lots of people after the same property as you. You need an estate agent who you trust and who has your best interests at heart. The disadvantages of using Dixons are huse if you are buying: For buyers: If you are not selling a house through Dixons, then they are not making any money from your sale.
