The website lets you obtain an estimate for the transaction and instruct a solicitor very easily and the solicitors the work was assigned to, Ramsdens of Huddersfield, dealt with a very difficult set of advisers on the seller's side excellently, pursuing the transaction to conclusion in time to meet the purchase contract requirements and never losing the rag with my increasing state of anxiety!
