After my 6 month contract was finish with Empire i moved to Cricklewood in shared accomodation with friends! They done there inventory that day, the agent told me everything seems to be fine! Paid my bills which they requested and gave it to them. I waited 1 month which in the contract state 2 weeks! The bills took 1.5 weeks + 2 weeks = 4 weeks? After several phone calls to the agent they told me they are waiting for the landlord, how difficult should it be!!! just make the call. The agent told me im on the LIST (What list??)
To think back i dealt with the Landlord about issues in the flat like washing machine, leaking pipes(which costed me!!) The Agent told me they FAXED all the problems to the landlord, yea right!!!!! im still waiting.


After several atemps to recover my 6 weeks deposit i recieved half of the deposit back and the AGENT said "everything seems to be fine!" *&%&^$^%!!!!!! The agent told me the Landlord wasnt happy!!!! Ive requested for reciepts from the landlord NO RECIEPTS! so where did my money go! Empire told me to take it futher, SO WHY DO WE USE AN AGENT!
