Newest Review: ... save a lot of time later on with deposit returning etc. -Agree the deposit before they write the contract, my agent has just tried to up the deposit which as annoyed me greatly as its a lot of money to have tied away. -Make sure you have a lot of savings. Deposits are not cheap, neither are agency 'signing fees' or a months rent in advance. -Once youve found an agent go and look at a few properties, find out if they are furnished or not, the move in date and if the tenants are in ask why they are moving. -Dont agree to take something on the spot unless you really love it, take time to walk around a few of the local streets and the area... more

BIG THANK YOU to Keatons bow office for finding me my new home, which we love. The sale was somewhat protracted and difficult because of the low lease and freeholder but their knowledge and peristence saw that I got my dream flat in the end. Well done!

I was looking for a property for around 4 months using various estate agents in stratford, and mile end and keatons was by far the best.Their local knowledge was excellent and they perservered with my specific requirements (i am disabled) until the right property was found by Stratford.I couldnt reccomend them enough to any one looking!

I had my property valued with Keatons, they valued my property 50K higher than another local Estate Agent, I decided to instruct Keatons. I did not expect any offers as the market was quite in December, surprisingly I had two offers close to the asking price. I had a swift sale, I found Keatons Sales Team to be vey helpful and always informing me of viewings and regular feedback. At the moment, I am looking to buy. Keatons have defintiely been the most pro-active agents in my search.

I recently sold and completed on my house through Keatons Mile End, I am please to report that I have had a faultless transaction, The staff in the office are all very helpfull and professional at all times, they had a good understanding of my needs, and showed good knowledge of the market and its current conditions, they are a forward thinking agent in a market where there are alot of bad subsitutes..... My house is my biggest asset and it just wasnt worth taking a risk with any of the other outfits.

As it was my first time selling a property i did struggle to find a trust worthy estate agent, however after carefull research and many good referalls I did choose Keatons as my agent and couldnt of been happier with the service I was provided. From start to finish I was kept informed of when I had a viewing, the time of the viewings and all feedback was given to me the next day. I also baught my new property through Keaton's and again was far from dissapointed. In fact the surpassed the quality of service that I was given when selling. Very impressed of the attention to detail the agent listened and matched up to my desired property. I will certainly be using Keatons in any future property transaction.
