Advantages: A speedy yet professional service, free financial advice about my investment,good tenants

Disadvantages: only covers north, north west and west london

When i approached Mark Ashley & Co letting agents to find me a tenant for my property i found them to be friendly,honest and very passionate about the prospective tenants they have. The service i received was very quick and the number of tenants they sent round for me to meet surprised me, not only because there was so many tenants interested to come round in one evening but the quality of them all of which was important to me. I agreed to rent my property to a lovely couple and left it up to mark ashley & co to reference check them and let me know how it all goes. They kept me informed on a daily basis and the references came back great and even invited me in to the office to look through and verify them which again turned out to be fine. The tenants moved in to the property after contracts were drawn up and signed and one months rent and one months deposit were paid in advance. Mark ashley & co took their fee and i picked up the balance from the office with all of the signed contracts. Overall i found mark ashley and co to be most professional and would recomend any landlord to use their services.
