Disadvantages: A very unprofessional company and service

This lettings agent is completely unprofessional and does not work within the guidelines of the NAEA despite being members. They have taken money from income;underpaid me;lost keys and failed to change locks; failed to carry out final inspections;failed to notify me of a court case. The owner is very rude and finds it completely normal to call one a "liar", the staff on the whole do not make any effort to return calls. Very disappointing.

Summary: Don't ever use this company!
