Hi Guys, I am here to brief about my exoerience with Rayner Estate Agents, Ilford......

Only word I have to say is NEVER NEVER take a property from them. First thing they have a high administration charges, 2 guys of Rayner estate agent ( Gareth and John) have no etiquettes....If you don't take property from them , they will call you time wasters....Moreover they claim that they don't negotiate on the property but if you start negotiating with them , you will be surprised that you were about to get cheated....
As a part of administrative fees they charge 1 week rent, reference fees ...Thi sis not at all negotiable but if you try negotiating this you will be surprised...Save yourself from being fooled with Rayner property estate agents, Cranbrook road, Ilford........
